Afro Official currently delivers only within Lebanon.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full name, phone number, area, address, building details, and any useful landmark information.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, Afro Official is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery outside Lebanon.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@afroofficial.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged product.

After 5 days, damage or return requests cannot be accepted.
